REMEMBER

These are times when it is easy to lose hope, replace it with rage, and sometimes a sense of helplessness.  Remember who you are – not you are told you are.  

Remember that what is in the moment – is in the moment. 

You have a right to your feelings.  

You do not deserve to allow you to hurt you.

You deserve to hear the parts of you that are kind of just.  You do not have to ignore the parts you that you believe need change – but you do owe it to yourself to listen to all of you – not just the part you wish to change.  And change IS possible.
