Anger is not bad.
Occasional anger is a healthy, human, emotion.
Chronic anger is exhausting – and so much less than you deserve. Perhaps it’s time to seek help.
The way you express anger can be healthy or unhealthy
Anger and hurt are flip sides of the same coin. If you are angry you are also hurt. If you are hurt, there is at least some part of you that is angry.
Anger is separate from violence.
It is possible to be filled with anger and express it responsibility.
You do not have to stay stuck in seeing and feeling your past as fully and perhaps as painfully as you did when you were a child.
